Swan Residence

This project represents one of our most ambitious residential commissions to date, a substantial tri-level residence comprising a basement and two expansive upper floors. The architecture is defined by its confidence; bold, strong feature lines scribe the façade, creating a home that feels both grounded and sculptural. Despite its significant scale, the interior logic is driven by transparency. The design strategy prioritizes maximum visual permeability, ensuring that sightlines remain uninterrupted across the floorplate. The result is a home of impressive volume that maintains a sense of lightness and total connectivity.
